This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product / service that you have purchased through the Platform. Under this policy:
- Due to the digital and non-tangible nature of our products (such as PDF study materials and online mock tests), all sales are final. Cancellations will not be considered once the order has been successfully placed and the digital download link has been communicated or generated.
- Bharat MCQ does not accept cancellation requests for downloadable digital items.
- In case of technical issues, receipt of damaged files, or if you are unable to download the PDF after successful payment, please report to our customer service team. The request would be entertained once the merchant listed on the Platform, has checked and determined the same at its own end. This should be reported within 1 days of receipt of products.
- In case of any technical refunds exceptionally approved by Bharat MCQ, it will take 1 days for the refund to be processed to you.
